This brief questionnaire will assist me in creating a tailored home search for you, ensuring that we find homes that align with your specific needs and desires. I highly recommend organizing your preferences into two separate lists. The first list should consist of your non-negotiables or must-haves in a new home, while the second list should include features that you would like to have but are not deal breakers if the home does not possess them. It is important to note that these lists may evolve as you begin to visit properties in person, and that is perfectly fine! My ultimate objective is to locate your perfect home that fulfills all of your needs and most of your wants.

- What type of Home are interested in? Single Family, Condo?
- Home use. Will this be your primary residence? Vacation home or an Investment Property? If Investment, annual rental or seasonal?
- Price Range?
- Have you been Pre-qualified with a lender yet?
- Square footage preference?
- Age of home preference?
- Number of Bedrooms and Bathrooms preferred?
- Are you looking for a pool? Private or community Pool?
- Are you looking for Waterfront or Golf Course Communities?
- For waterfront:
- Are looking for the view only?
- Boating? if so, what type of boating, and what type of boat do you have or plan to have?
- How long of a boat ride are you comfortable with to get our to open water?
- For golf course:
- Annual or Monthly budget for fees?
- Golf membership included, or pay to play?
- For waterfront:
