Once you find your new home, there are still many things that will need to be done prior to you moving in, such as starting up utilities.

If your home is on well and septic in the northern part of Cape Coral, you do not need to do anything to establish service.

For Pine Island Properties:

As well as some properties located in Cape Coral (Off Burnt Store Road, and Pine Island Rd)

Water is provided by the Greater Pine Island Water Association.
